We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains your rights and the steps to follow if you wish to return a product.

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer purchasing via distance selling (online), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Lag om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler, 2005:59).

2. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date on which you or a nominated third party receives the goods to exercise your right of withdrawal. This exceeds the statutory 14-day minimum required by EU law.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened and unused condition.
  • The original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
  • The product must be returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Products that have been opened or partially used cannot be accepted for return for hygiene and food safety reasons, unless they are defective.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at officeteam-ask@shrixxenvorthral.world to notify us of your intention to return, including your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the product securely and include your proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the product using a trackable delivery service. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned goods. We reserve the right to delay the refund until we have confirmed receipt and reviewed the returned item.

If you chose a non-standard delivery method, only the equivalent cost of standard delivery will be refunded for the original shipping charge.

6. Exceptions

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially consumed food supplements;
  • Products returned outside the 30-day window;
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing officeteam-ask@shrixxenvorthral.world with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our expense, including return shipping.
